High Commissioner Ms. Rukhsana Afzaal participated in the Red Cross Red Crescent Women Conference 2023 as a panelist. Ms. Foo Chi Hsia, Deputy Secretary, South East Asia and ASEAN at the MFA was the keynote speaker at the event attended by a large number of lady Ambassadors in Singapore.
