Power of Attorney
The High Commission of Pakistan in Singapore provides attestation services for Powers of Attorney. To ensure a smooth process, please follow the guidelines provided.
Required Documents:
- Original Power of Attorney document.
- Valid Passport and NRIC/Employment Pass of the executant.
- Copies of ID documents for the Attorney (the person to whom power is granted in Pakistan).
- Presence of the executant in person is mandatory for attestation.
Procedure:
1. Prepare the document on legal paper.
2. Schedule an appointment through the High Commission's consular section.
3. Bring all original documents and photocopies to the appointment.
4. Sign the document in the presence of the Consular Officer.
