Pakistanis residing in Singapore are informed that they can use Pakistan Citizen’s Portal (PCP), an integrated grievance redressal system connecting all government organizations at both federal and provincial levels, to lodge their complaints and raise issues using the following options:

By Using Mobile App (People having smart phones)
By Using Web-Access (Peoples having no smart phones)	web.citizenportal.gov.pk
By Participation in Khuli Kacheris	Overseas Pakistan’s can participate in e-Kachehris which are being scheduled as per SOPs on Facebook, Radio or TV BY 24 Federal Organizations (List attached)
Manual Complaint lodging  facility	Overseas Pakistanis can also lodge their written complaints through PCP- Dashboards at Pakistan High Commission, Singapore.
